Several poems in this collection won the 2010 Creekwalker Poetry Prize. Several others have been published in journals such as the title poem, Swimming with Michelangelo in Poet Lore, the nation’s oldest poetry journal. Other have appeared in Flights, pif magazine.com and in The Breakfast District.
